We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags intact and attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Support team at cs@andar-sg.com to submit your return request.
2. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package.
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Note: A flat return shipping fee of S$10 will be deducted from your total refund amount for standard voluntary returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at cs@andar-sg.com.

If a manufacturing defect is verified upon our inspection, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item directly on our website.

Refund Processing

• Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
• Payment Credit: If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
• Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at cs@andar-sg.com.
