All Membership Registration & Tiers Benefits & How to Use Others

NO, joining the membership is completely free and open to everyone.

Your membership tier is calculated based on your total spend in the past 12 months.  Once you qualify for an upgrade, your new tier will be confirmed after a 3-day grace period.  Your tier will continue to adjust dynamically according to your cumulative purchases over the last 12 months.

Yes, if your cumulative spend over the past 12 months falls below the required threshold, your membership tier may be lowered. Your tier will automatically adjust according to your total purchase amount.

The tier reward is issued once when you enter a new tier for the first time. 
If your tier drops and you later qualify for the same tier again, no additional reward will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

The reward will be granted within three days of the tier adjustment.

Your points will be automatically credited within 7 days after your order is delivered, calculated from the payment date. 
(※ Points will not be issued for cancelled or returned orders.)

Accumulated points shall expire if no purchase is made within one year from the date of the last purchase. 
Members are advised to maintain account activity within the validity period to prevent point expiration.

Membership tiers and accumulated points are non-transferable and may not be consolidated across accounts. Each account is independently maintained, and benefits are granted on a per-account basis.

No. Upon account termination, all account information is permanently deleted. Membership tier, accumulated points, coupons, and related benefits shall expire and cannot be reinstated.
