"The Airyfit Wide Pants is comfortable, lightweight, and of good quality. Unfortunately, the color I received did not match my expectations based on the website photos. What disappointed me was the return process. Since Andar does not allow exchanges for color or size, I had to place a new order before returning the original item. I was informed that this was necessary to help me keep the free gift that had been automatically included with my original order—I had never specifically requested the free gift in the first place. Otherwise, I would have been required to return it as well because the return would reduce my order value below the promotional threshold. While I appreciate that Andar eventually made an exception after I placed the replacement order, the entire process was unnecessarily complicated for what was simply a change of color. The experience has made me hesitate before purchasing from Andar again. I hope Andar will consider introducing a more flexible exchange policy for customers whose size or color does not meet expectations, as it would provide much greater confidence when shopping online."
