My second online order, I had one item that did not fit and I submitted a request immediately on the same day it was delivered. It has been 4 working days now, and despite my reminder emails to Andar, I receive no response from them. Leaving me no other avenue to return an item that did not fit. This is my first and second time placing online orders and may be my last time placing online orders. Online orders cannot be exchange, returns only within 14 days. Andar, please respond."
