"Ordered before I went on holidays to enjoy the discount . But after back from holidays , tried on and it was loose despite elastic waist and longer ( I ordered airy fit size M and short ) Contacted customer service and Tai said I passed the 14 days return and unable to help since passed the 14 days and only paid return for online purchase If your sizing same , then why would I request for exchange for smaller size . Bad experience"

To return I had to absorb the processing fee with no option to exchange. Other online stores with similar services accept returns with no cost or questions asked. Quite dated in your process handling and service experience. Hence the low score."

"The Freshmove Wide Pants run much larger than the size chart suggests. I’m usually an XL in Andar pants (39-inch hips), but this pair was loose around the waist and had a baggier fit than I expected. I wish I had tried it in-store first because it’s not as flattering when worn compared to my other Andar pieces. The material is slightly cooler than the Airst Wide Pants I own, which makes it suitable for walks in hot and humid weather like Singapore. However, the fabric feels a little rough against the skin. I didn’t return or exchange them as the process felt too troublesome, but I’d definitely recommend trying them in-store or sizing down if you’re between sizes. P. s.
