"Bought 2 tees online and realized the size is too small! I have already chose 1 size up as read from online it runs small but didn’t know it run so small and it’s still pretty tight fitting. Went to the physical store wanting to exchange to XL for both but was told that online purchases have to go through online and courier!! And it will cost another $10 to proceed with refund and have to repurchase again?! When I was in the store, the XL tees are available but cant let me do 1-1 exchange?! Very disappointing with the whole process, why is it so inflexible and have to differentiate online and physical store purchases so clearly when it’s the same products?! Wanted convenience but causes such inconvenience instead. It’s my first time getting this brand and I don’t think I will do it again"
