"This is my first bad review of a merchant. , and this is also my 1st purchase from their store, and it has left a bad taste. The size of the item was too small, so I asked for an exchange-. The company do not offer any option for exchange, so the only option available is for a return and refund. However, despite having a physical store in singapore, they do not allow customers to return the item physically. Customers are forced to pay $10 for the return courier fees , with no other option to drop off or return the item via our own registered mail. This is horrible customer service, especially for any customers who genuinely wanted an exchange in size, and didn’t chose a refund/return at a whim. Why would a customer in their right mind chose to pay the $10 for the return, and then purchase the same item again of a different size ? There is zero emphathy and willingness to resolve an issue for your customers, and definitely zero want for customer retention to your business."
