"While adding to cart, I saw a msg that I am eligible to redeem the free bag. When i went to the summary of the items for purchase, the bag was not in the list. I thought it is how the page works where freebies are not added in. Now i applied a discount voucher and completed my purchase. To my surprise, the free bag did not come with the delivery. I emailed the support and I was told I am not eligible cos of the voucher. I did not received any update while doing the purchase that the bag is removed! I then asked for a return of one of the item since that item was added to meet the minimum purchase. I was told i need to pay extra for return and i cannot return in the store. However, before my online purchase, I went to the store to ask for their return process and I was told that I can bring back the item to the store. Everything is inconsistent which led to purchase regrets."
"Used the ball for my yoga class - myofascial exercises. It is slighter harder than tennis balls and the size is just right for me. As the surface is smooth, it does roll off easily but this is common with other massage balls. I placed a towel below for certain exercises. And the colors are so lovely!"
